At BurnRoom Fitness, every new member will meet with a coach 1-on-1 to understand your level of fitness. We will analyze your current fitness level and determine what Burn Session you should start with.

Step 3

Successful completion of our New Member Orientation and Burn Session earns you the privilege to attend sessions with Winter Spring’s & Oviedos most tight-knit fitness community. Our session sizes are kept small and our coaching staff continues to stay personal with you throughout your fitness journey with us.
